On September 23 within All-Russian Forum “Academic Music in Small Towns of Russia: Philharmonic Environment Forming & Developing” Ilgiz Yanbukhtin presented “Cultural Management Strategy & Practice” program realized of the basis of MSU. The Forum took place on September 21-23 in Kondopoga (Karelia) under the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Russian Concert Organizations Union, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Karelia and Karelian State Philharmonic.
