April 10 – “Cultural Management Strategy & Practice” program started
On April 10 “Cultural Management Strategy & Practice” program started. Program director Ilgiz Yanbukhtin opened the first training day. He briefly presented goals and objectives, training plan structure, the program speakers and tutors.
Further I. Yanbukhtin handled two lectures on the following topics:
1)”Management issues in the sphere of culture in terms of governmental administration. Is culture a well-formed branch in contemporary Russia? ;
2)”Managers and creators: who are more important? Experience of Russia, Europe, USA, Asia”.
